I believe that we are resilient. I believe that we can become a better version of ourselves. I believe in the 'work' that it takes to accept 'being enough'.
I am licensed as a professional counselor in Georgia and Virginia. I received a certification as a community college counselor in California. I am trained as a life coach. My professional experience is vast and lengthy. I have leadership experience in nonprofit, for profit and public behavioral health.
