Make time for #MeMiutes – and make a difference in the lives of others!

As we navigate the COVID-19 crisis and the constantly changing environment around us, mental health and wellness are more important than ever. Taking time for yourself, supporting one another, and making a difference in our communities is critical.
Throughout May, Counselor, Coach, Confidant invites you to support Mental Health Month by taking part in a #MeMinutes campaign launched by Anthem, Inc. and Beacon Health Options.
It all starts by taking a few #MeMinutes each day to do something that offers you a healthy break. It can be a walk, listening to a podcast, yoga, connecting with a friend, a few minutes of fresh air, or another activity to promote self-care and wellness.
One great option for your #MeMinutes – that also helps raise awareness for Mental Health Month – is to participate in the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) virtual walks.
